Gilpin Spice, the pan-Asian open kitchen at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section with precision and creativity. You’ll craft vibrant, flavour-forward desserts and work closely with senior chefs to maintain the highest standards in a fast-paced brigade.

Based in the Lake District, the role offers meals on shift, generous gratuities, and opportunities for training within a Relais & Châteaux property renowned for hospitality and five AA Red Stars.
