The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair techniques.
- Removing and refitting body panels and associated components.
- Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Using specialist repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Following all health and safety procedures and workshop processes.
- Ensuring every completed repair meets quality control standards before handover.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
- Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong knowledge of modern accident repair methods and body repair techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing first-class repairs.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy workshop team.
- A full UK driving licence.
