Paralegal/Lawyer - Capital Markets

We are working with a leading international law firm looking for a Paralegal or Lawyer to join on a 6-month secondment to one of its clients.

The role will focus on Capital Markets transactions, with exposure to debt and/or equity capital markets work. Experience supporting transaction management and broader Banking & Finance matters would also be advantageous.

Candidates should have an LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification, including foreign-qualified lawyers, together with at least two years’ experience within a leading law firm or in-house legal team, with a focus on Capital Markets transactions.

Hybrid working arrangements apply.
