Park Operations Manager - Hands-On Lodge & Guest Services

Colchester Country Park is seeking a hands-on General Manager (single person or couple) to run day‑to‑day operations of a busy touring and leisure lodge park in Colchester, Essex. You will manage bookings, payments, customer service and maintenance, with responsibilities shared for couples based on strengths.

The role requires financial and administrative experience, computer literacy and confident dealings with customers face-to-face, by phone and email. Weekend work is essential.
