Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and visualisations using CAD and BIM software.
• Support the architectural team with site surveys and the collection of project data.
• Help maintain project files, archives, and databases, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
• Prepare presentation materials, including models and digital renderings.
• Provide general administrative support to the architectural department as needed.
• Undertake research on materials, building technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of architectural drafting principles and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
