Part-Time Attendance & Academic Skills Coach (Term Time)

Blackburn College is seeking an Attendance, Progress & Academic Skills Coach to champion and support disadvantaged students by removing barriers to progress and ensuring consistent engagement with the Study Programme.

The role involves mentoring, working with Tutors and the Learning Support and Student Engagement Team, and delivering a personalised package of support. Successful candidates will be allocated to the English and Maths Department.
