Part-Time Branch Customer Advisor

The West Brom is hiring a Relief Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) at Shirley Branch, with occasional cover in Redditch and Knowle. Salary is £14,241 per annum for 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 09:00–14:00 and Saturday 09:30–12:30.

This permanent role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting multiple branches within the cluster. You’ll need a customer-centric approach, strong communication, and a willingness to learn about our products and services to help customers
