Location: Woking

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support. This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity working 3-4 days per week, with approximately 4 hours per day. There is flexibility around the exact working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing a high volume of client invoices each month
Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
Ordering stationery and general office supplies
Organising maintenance callouts for the office when required
Providing general administrative and business support
Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date
Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlinesThe ideal candidate will be:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks
Previous experience processing invoices would be beneficial
Confident with invoices and purchase orders
Reliable and able to work independently
Flexible and adaptable in their approach
Available to start immediatelyWorking Pattern
