Part-Time Charity Shop Deputy Manager

Ty Hafan is hiring a Deputy Shop Manager in Whitchurch to work 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. You will support the Shop Manager by driving sales, managing stock, Gift Aid, and visual merchandising while upholding high shop standards and delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead volunteers and staff, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture within a charity retail environment in the heart of the community.
