Part-Time Cleaning Team Lead — Inspire Standards

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaning Team Leader for Lymington New Forest Hospital, 3 days per week, 10:00 – 18:00. You’ll lead the cleaning team on shift, coordinate tasks, and act as a first point of contact for colleagues while ensuring high standards and safety.

You’ll combine hands-on cleaning duties with team leadership, supporting training and ensuring compliance with health, safety and COSHH procedures. DBS checks and right-to-work are required.
