Main Purpose of the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will support the Customer Service team in addressing tenant queries, fostering strong partnerships for a collaborative working environment. The position offers a flexible schedule, with hours from Monday to Thursday (1:00 PM - 5:30 PM) and Fridays (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) totalling 25 hours a week, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a work-life balance. Salary £13.45 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception switchboard duties, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all visitors and callers.
Provide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Offer first-line solutions to tenants, striving to resolve queries promptly and effectively.
Handle confidential data with the utmost care and discretion, maintaining the integrity of information.
Utilise excellent communication skills to build rapport with tenants and colleagues alike.
