Part time Customer Service Advisor - Charity

I'm recruiting on behalf of a local charity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for around 4-6 months.

Key duties will include:

• Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
• Providing support and information to customers and service users
• Updating and maintaining records accurately
• Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience, strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that makes a real difference in the local community.
