Part-Time Debate Performance Coach | Inspire Young Debaters

Brighton College in Eastbourne invites a part-time Debate Performance Coach to join our Debate Society starting October 2026. The role develops one of the College’s largest pupil activities, delivering a 90-minute Thursday workshop and mentoring pupils to improve performance.

The successful candidate will support team selection, organise competitions, create teaching resources, and accompany pupils to events across the UK, with term-time commitments of 33 weeks.
