Part-Time Disability Housing Caseworker - Enable Independent Living

Town & Country Housing is seeking an organised, customer-focused professional to support Disabled Facilities Grants and home adaptations. You will guide customers from enquiry to completion, coordinate applications, and maintain records, working with contractors and external agencies to help vulnerable people live independently.

The role is part-time (26 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
