Part-Time EYFS Leader: Head of Pre-Prep

Teach Now is seeking an inspirational Head of Pre-Prep for a three-day-a-week leadership role in Hertfordshire. The post is part-time until Christmas with potential extension, offering stability during staff absence and the chance to shape EYFS provision.

You will lead the Pre-Prep, develop staff, monitor pupil progress and safeguarding, and work with SLT to sustain high standards. Applicants should have QTS and significant Early Years leadership experience, with a warm, child-centred approach.
