Part-Time Facilities Caretaker — Maintenance & Cleaning

Vertas is seeking a dedicated Caretaker in Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S43). The role is 15 hours per week, with split shifts 07:00-08:00 and 15:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, with some afternoon flexibility. You will oversee maintenance, cleaning, waste management and fire checks while delivering high-quality caretaking services.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, enjoy teamwork, and can work independently in a facilities environment. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the process.
