Part-Time GP Receptionist – Patient Care & Scheduling

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our busy reception team at the North Somercotes site. The role is 23 hours per week, with specific shifts Tue 8am-5pm, Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 12.30pm-6.30pm, and cover for holidays as needed.

You will manage phone calls, bookings, post, and coordinate with other departments, delivering a friendly, professional service to patients while using Systmone or similar clinical systems.
