About the Role

• Delivering high-quality, safe and compassionate food and beverage services to patients across hospital wards.
• Taking and processing patient meal orders using a tablet-based ordering systems.
• Provide support to patients who may need assistance choosing suitable meals.
• Support with daily lunch and supper meal services, as well multiple hydration rounds throughout the shift.

Ideal Candidate

• A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist team members and guests alike.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
