Part-Time IAG Caseworker - Disability & Welfare Support

Birmingham Disability Resource Centre is seeking a part-time Information, Advice and Guidance caseworker to support disabled people, vulnerable adults and those with mental ill health. You will provide information, advice, and advocacy across housing, welfare benefits, health and social care.

Working 16 hours per week under the Service Manager, you will maintain records, work with partners, and deliver impartial information in line with Matrix standards and organisational policies.
