Part-Time Keyholder: Lead Store Team & Customer Experience

Dr. Martens is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Cambridge to lead a diverse shopfloor team for 20 hours per week. You’ll support opening/closing, drive sales and product delivery, and assist management with daily store operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work across 7 days with varied shifts. Fluency in English and IT skills are important.
