Part-Time Legal Counsel – Growth & Fundraising (9-Month)

Supercritical is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel in London to lead corporate structuring, commercial contracting and fundraising efforts during a 9-month term with a strong conversion potential. You will drive governance, drafts and negotiations in support of growth and investor relations.

The ideal candidate is UK-qualified with 5+ years PQE, trained at a top law firm with in-house scaling experience, and capable of balancing risk with business priorities in a fast-moving climate-tech company.
