Part-Time Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager

Part-time 2 or 3 days per week (or a mix of half days)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager to join a small, established, and growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company's profile, supporting business growth, and delivering impactful marketing and communications initiatives.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands‑on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's marketing and brand strategy.
• Create engaging marketing content and oversee brand consistency across all communications.
• Work closely with project teams to plan and deliver communications around key milestones and achievements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry partners to increase awareness of the business and its work.
• Support business development activities by strengthening market presence, reputation, and visibility.
• Coordinate PR, digital marketing, events, and promotional activities where appropriate.

About You

You will have experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations and be confident managing a varied workload in a collaborative environment. You should be an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
