Part-Time Mental Health Support Worker (Home Visits)

Wight Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Bordon and Petersfield Community Older Persons Mental Health Team, based at Chase Hospital and covering Petersfield, Bordon and parts of Waterlooville.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week) with home visits and patient meetings. You will work with a busy multi-disciplinary team to support recovery and deliver high-quality care, with supervision and annual appraisal.
