Part Time Payroll & HR Coordinator

Process and prepare payroll changes - starters, leavers, contractual amendments, OT payments, sickness, maternity etc. Work closely with external payroll provider to ensure accuracy - checking and validation Key point of contact for payroll and pension enquiries Pension administration - manage all schemes and employee changes Produce payroll reports, Wider responsibilities

Maintain confidential and accurate HR records in line with legislation, GDPR and internal policies Support recruitment and onboarding processes - advertising, interview coordination, right-to-work checks etc. Assist with absence management, probation monitoring and compliance activities Profile

Part Time Payroll & HR Coordinator

Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with relevant systems. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Good communication skills for handling payroll queries. Ability to work collaboratively with finance and HR teams. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll issues. Happy to adhere to part time working (25 hours per week) Happy to adhere to office based working (with ad hoc WFH) - can commute to Wokingham! Job Offer
