Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: 21 hours per week
Start Date: Week commencing 17th August 2026About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key player in providing exceptional support . Your role will be diverse and rewarding, ensuring that visitors, colleagues, and customers receive the highest level of service. You will be the friendly face that greets visitors, assists with conference facilities, and keeps the reception running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
In this exciting position, you will:
Provide outstanding cover for Reception and Reprographics services.
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Be the first point of contact for enquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
Efficiently operate the main switchboard and transfer calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute internal and external mail and deliveries.
Process outgoing post and dispatch items, ensuring everything is handled with care.
Adhere to security procedures, including issuing visitor and staff passes.
Carry out printing, scanning, and photocopying requests.
Set up conference and meeting rooms to client specifications and restore them post-event.
Deliver and remove refreshments for meetings and conferences with a smile.
Maintain high standards of customer service across all facilities.
Support the wider team with administrative and operational duties as needed.About You:

Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Is confident in interacting with visitors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Brings previous experience in a reception, administration, hospitality, customer service, or facilities support role.
Is organised, reliable, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
Works brilliantly both independently and as part of a team.
Exudes a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
