Part-Time Retail Supervisor – Lead & Grow Your Team

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Park Centre store in Belfast. You will work approximately 14 hours per week with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and maximise opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Your role involves hands-on leadership, ensuring a smooth daily operation, community engagement, and maintaining Savers’ standards and brand presence in-store.
