Part Time Sales Advisor - 24 hours

The role

We're looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Leamington Spa showroom team on a 24-hour contract. It's a role built around our busiest trading hours, so you'll be at the heart of the showroom when it matters most — helping customers find furniture and homeware they'll keep for years, not just for a season.

You don't need a background in furniture retail. You do need warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in helping people make a decision they'll be happy with long after they've left the showroom.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and understanding what they're really looking for, rather than reaching for a script
• Guiding people through our range, including our 15-year guarantee, so they can buy with confidence
• Keeping the showroom looking as good as our products deserve — presentation matters here
• Working closely with the wider team to hit showroom targets, without ever feeling like a hard sell
• Handling orders, queries and after-sales questions with care, including liaising with our support teams when needed

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing role — retail, hospitality, or similar
• A natural, warm communicator who listens before they pitch
• Comfortable on your feet during busy periods, and happy working weekends
• An eye for detail and pride in how a space is presented
• Someone who shares our approach: quality over hype, always
