Part-Time Second Chef — Fresh Seasonal Menus for Residents

Barchester is seeking a qualified chef for a casual, part-time bank Second Chef role, offering flexible working and a better work-life balance. You will assist the Head Chef in delivering hotel/restaurant standards using fresh seasonal produce while tailoring menus to residents’ needs.

You will lead by example, promote a warm kitchen environment, manage stock and budgets, and perform regular audits, while upholding HACCP and nutrition principles to support high-quality meals across our homes.
