Part-Time Store Team Leader — Lead a Community-Focused Team

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small team in a busy local store, covering a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekend work. You’ll lead on-shift, supervise colleagues on tills and shop floor, and help deliver great service and smooth operations.

The role offers community-focused work with various store functions and opportunities to engage with members and local charities. A strong customer focus and leadership are essential.
