Part-Time Student Advisor & Mediation Support

The University of Portsmouth Students’ Union is seeking a part-time Student Advisor to work with students on a 1-1 basis, providing impartial advice and advocating for academic issues. You will also support the delivery of the Sort It Out Mediation Service and be the first point of contact for students seeking Advice Service support.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.
