Role: Partner - Civil Litigation (5+ PQE)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £80,000+ (dependant on experience and PQE)

An established and growing civil litigation law firm in Manchester city centre is looking to appoint a Partner to join its leadership team and play a key role in the continued development of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, potentially currently operating at Senior Associate level, who is ready to take the next step in their career and become part of the senior leadership of a progressive specialist practice.

The firm is open to candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Clinical / Medical Negligence
• Personal Injury
• Immigration
• Data Breach & Privacy Claims
• Landlord & Tennant matters
• Commercial Litigation

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to take ownership of both client matters and the development of their practice area. Previous team management, supervision or leadership experience would be highly desirable.

As the firm's Partner, you will work closely with the existing leadership to help shape the future direction of the business, develop the team and support further growth.

This would particularly suit an ambitious Senior Associate or established Partner seeking greater influence, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing firm.
