They are seeking an experienced and motivated Partnership Development Manager to forge and nurture strategic alliances with corporations, foundations, and other organizations. This hybrid role requires a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, focusing on building mutually beneficial relationships that drive funding and support for the charity's programs in Wolverhampton . The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage complex partnerships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new strategic partnerships that align with the charity's mission and funding needs.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential and existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments.
- Monitor partnership performance, track ROI, and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven track record in partnership development , business development, or corporate relations, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing partnership strategies and managing complex agreements.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, managing remote tasks and in-office collaboration.
