About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, community, and non-profit organisations.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to articulate the value proposition of collaborations.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
• Act as a key point of contact for partners, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Collaborate internally to align partnership activities with organisational goals and programmes.
• Monitor the success of partnerships and report on their impact and value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related sales/marketing role.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the charity sector and corporate social responsibility.
• Experience in developing and managing project plans and agreements.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
