About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships and funding opportunities in the Cardiff region and beyond.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate sponsorships and foundation grants.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term engagement and repeat funding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals that align with partner objectives and the charity's mission.
• Analyse partnership performance and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in partnership development and corporate social responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or major donor fundraising.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate landscape and CSR initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, often remotely.
