About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and driven Partnership Development Manager to spearhead collaboration efforts for their vital work in the Manchester region. You will focus on forging and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other organizations to enhance the charity's reach and impact. This remote role offers the chance to shape significant partnerships from conception to execution, contributing to the sustainable growth of a cause-driven organization and making a real difference across the North West.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential corporate, foundation, and institutional partners aligned with the charity's mission.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations outlining partnership opportunities and benefits for all parties involved.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships, fostering strong communication and delivering on partnership commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities and maximize mutual value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership development , business development, or corporate relations, preferably within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated success in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of potential and existing partners remotely.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and cause-related marketing.
