About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and driven Partnership Development Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for expanding the organisation's reach and impact by forging new and strengthening existing partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other non-profits. You will identify opportunities for collaboration, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and manage relationships to drive fundraising and programme delivery success. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled relationship builder with a passion for the charity sector to contribute significantly to a meaningful cause, working autonomously from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate, institutional, and community organisations to support the charity's goals.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, providing excellent stewardship and communication.
- Develop and implement joint initiatives and campaigns to maximise partner engagement and impact.
- Represent the organisation at external events and networking opportunities to promote partnership possibilities.
- Analyse partnership performance and report on key metrics to demonstrate value and identify areas for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development , business development, or corporate social responsibility, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing complex relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the charity sector and the value proposition for corporate and institutional partners.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage a remote workload effectively.
