Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other organizations.

- Manage and strengthen existing partnerships, ensuring high levels of engagement and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with the charity's overall strategic goals and fundraising targets.

- Report on partnership development progress, impact, and financial contributions to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships development , business development, or fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate or foundation partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop creative solutions for partners.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in managing a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.
