Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and grant opportunities that align with the charity's mission and strategic objectives.
- Manage and develop existing key partnerships, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners, highlighting the impact and value of collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership commitments and reporting on impact.
- Represent the charity at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to raise its profile and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or fundraising management, preferably within the charity sector .
- Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and securing significant partnerships and funding agreements.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
- Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a persuasive and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
