About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to develop and manage corporate partnerships in support of their mission in Sheffield . This role is key to driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility through strategic collaborations with businesses. You will identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with corporate partners, developing mutually beneficial partnerships that align with the charity's goals and corporate social responsibility objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder with a strong understanding of the corporate sector and a passion for making a social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for cultivating and managing corporate partnerships, including employee engagement, cause-related marketing, and sponsorship opportunities in Sheffield .
- Identify and approach potential corporate partners, building strong relationships based on shared values and objectives.
- Negotiate and develop partnership agreements, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and mutual benefits.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, providing excellent stewardship and exploring opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership activities and recognition for corporate supporters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising within the charitable sector or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, securing, and managing corporate relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders.
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and partnership models.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
