Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Partnerships Manager to forge and nurture strategic relationships that drive income and enhance the profile of the organisation in Belfast . This role involves identifying and developing partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other organisations to support our client's vital work across Northern Ireland . You will play a critical role in securing significant funding streams, enhancing our client's reputation, and expanding our network of supporters. The successful candidate will be a skilled negotiator and relationship builder, passionate about creating mutually beneficial collaborations that yield substantial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential corporate and foundation partners.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to partner objectives and our client's needs.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring successful delivery of mutual benefits.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts within partner organisations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure integrated approaches to partnership engagement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of partnerships and report on key performance indicators and ROI for Belfast and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven track record in corporate fundraising , business development, or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of the charity sector and the motivations for corporate social responsibility.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative partnership opportunities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting ambitious targets.
