Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to join their dynamic team in Oxford . This role is instrumental in developing and managing mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations, community organisations, and other stakeholders to support the charity's mission. You will identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and nurture existing relationships to drive fundraising income and enhance the charity's impact. This position requires excellent communication and business development skills, along with a passion for making a significant contribution to a worthy cause.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to achieve fundraising and engagement goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners, including CSR initiatives and employee engagement programmes.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure successful delivery of joint objectives.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective partners.
• Represent the charity at external events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management , business development, or corporate fundraising.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and partnership models.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of relationships and projects.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
