Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships with corporate, foundation, and community organizations.

- Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to potential partners' interests and CSR goals.

- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of all partnerships, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally within the charity sector .
- Demonstrated success in identifying, securing, and managing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative partnership models.
- Proficiency in CRM software and proposal development.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse portfolio of relationships in a remote environment.
