Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community groups.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals that align with partner objectives and organizational goals.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Coordinate joint initiatives and events to enhance brand visibility and supporter engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and reporting.
- Track partnership performance and contribute to strategic planning for future collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate relations.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
- Experience within the charity sector or non-profit management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
