You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships that support our charitable mission. Key Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community groups.
Develop compelling partnership proposals that align with partner objectives and organizational goals.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
Coordinate joint initiatives and events to enhance brand visibility and supporter engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and reporting.
Track partnership performance and contribute to strategic planning for future collaborations.

Requirements

Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate relations.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the corporate social responsibility landscape.
Experience within the charity sector or non-profit management is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
