Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships Officer to join their expanding team, focusing on strategic alliances and collaborations within the Leeds area. This role is integral to identifying, developing, and nurturing partnerships with businesses, community organisations, and other charities to enhance the impact and reach of our client's vital work. You will play a key part in securing resources and support that enable us to achieve our mission, working in a flexible, remote-first environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled negotiator and communicator passionate about the charitable sector .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage and grow existing relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and ongoing engagement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and meetings, both virtually and in person as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing strategic alliances.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of relationships remotely.
- A strong understanding of the charity sector and a passion for making a positive impact in Leeds and beyond.
