Parts Advisor – Exeter: Drive Parts Growth & Service

Euro Commercials Limited in Exeter is seeking a Parts Advisor who is passionate about Mercedes-Benz and delivering great service. You will accurately identify and process customer parts requirements, receive orders, and ensure prompt picking and dispatch while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will work in a busy trade parts environment, handle inbound calls, upsell where appropriate, and keep customers and workshop updated on backorders and availability.
