Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day

• Provide customers with accurate, timely information on parts availability

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a fast‑paced call centre environment

• Conduct telesales, proactively promoting parts, offers, and services to trade customers

• Use strong communication and sales skills to convert enquiries into orders and build lasting customer relationships

• Receive, log, and correctly allocate incoming parts and consumables

• Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers

• Recommend suitable parts based on customer needs

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records

• Communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product updates

• Follow all parts department processes and procedures

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

Helpful skills and qualifications

• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure

• Methodical and logical approach, even during busy periods

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with IT and web‑based systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email

• Hold a valid UK driving licence
