We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established bodyshop based in St Albans, for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy team. Monday to Friday working hours (7am - 4.30pm)

Office-based role with a focus on customer service and parts salesDuties of a Parts Advisor:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer and internal parts requests
Promote excellent customer experience at all times
Handle sales of parts both in branch and externally
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries efficiently
Report stock damages or losses immediately to management
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
Support stock management and stock control activities
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and customer expectationsRequirements of a Parts Advisor:
Previous automotive parts experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proactive and customer-focused approach
Excellent telephone manner
Full and clean driving licence
