Parts Advisor

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Crawley, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join their professional team. The successful individual will be integral to the smooth operation of the parts department, providing exceptional service to both retail and trade customers.

Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone to retail and trade clients Manage parts stock levels and ensure availability of parts to meet customer and workshop needs Assist with ordering and procurement of parts for the dealership Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions Support workshop and service departments with parts requirements Collaborate with the service team to facilitate smooth workshop operations Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and standardsRequirements of the Parts Advisor:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of automotive parts systems and software (advantageous) Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving Professional attitude and a positive work ethicIf you are prepared to advance your career as a Parts Advisor and are looking to join a company dedicated to staff progression and customer service excellence, this is the role for you.
