Our client, a reputable provider of genuine automotive parts, is looking to appoint a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their well-established team. Key Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum, with an achievable OTE of up to £36,200 including performance bonuses
• Working hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday shifts on a 1 in 3 basis, 8:00am to 1:00pm, inclusive of salary
• 22 days holiday per year plus birthday entitlement

Duties:

• Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to both trade and retail clients
• Accurately identify parts and recommend suitable solutions tailored to customer needs
• Handle inbound calls and customer queries effectively while maintaining KPIs
• Process and record orders accurately, ensuring excellent administrative standards
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to promote repeat business
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and optimise stock management
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new parts information
• Support the team with stock control, administrative duties, and service excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Bodyshop Parts Advisor, or Parts Administrator within a motor trade environment
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and work effectively as part of a team
• Well‑organised with high attention to detail and accuracy
• IT literate, with experience using dealership management systems and MS Office
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire for career progression
• Eligibility to work in the UK without Sponsorship
