We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable main dealership in Exeter for the position of Parts Advisor. The successful Parts Advisor will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and supporting overall parts department efficiency.

• Competitive basic salary of approximately £27,000 per annum
• OTE up to £33,000 with uncapped commission
• Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break

Duties:

• Advising customers on parts and accessories, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Managing stock levels and ordering parts as needed
• Processing parts sales accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with stockroom organisation and inventory management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Professional and proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction
